The Pen Florida District Youth Department has set up an account with WWW.BQTEST.ORG in order for Pen Florida JBQ teams to easily certify their officials. You do
not have to pay anything.User ID:
pfyouth Password: speedthelightThe test has been updated to make sure it complies with current National JBQ Guidelines. The test is fully automated such that it is easy to complete and grade.
The new certification test is password protected, and only districts / churches / leagues that have signed up to use this test have been provided with passwords.
Some notes about the test:
It is a web based test. The test is in four parts - General Guidelines, Scorekeeping, Timekeeping, and a Tally Test. You can take any part of the test but can only get a certificate after you have completed all partsof the test. If you have to come back and complete specific parts of the test later, remember to enter your identification information exactly as you did the first time you logged in (the system will remember what you have already done, so you don't have to start over). When you submit your final answers and get a grade of at least 70% you will be sent to a Certificate page where you can print your Certification document. Results will automatically be sent to the District Youth Department. There is no need to mail inresults.Be sure to carefully read all the information on the website on how to take the test before you sign in.
