SCHEDULING CONFLICTS
If a
participant has accidentally been scheduled for two categories at the same
time, please have your group leader address your conflict at on-site
check-in, which starts Thursday, April 23rd at 6pm and runs through the
entire festival in the registration room off of the Main Sanctuary lobby.
ON-SITE CHECK IN IS MANDATORY
One
adult group leader is responsible to check in their group.
The
group leader will receive an entry identification card for each entry. This
card is to be given to the room moderator immediately before the entry’s
presentation.
At the time of check-in it is the group leader’s responsibility to:
1.
Correct
misspelled names
2.
Give
notification that participants have dropped
3.
Note any
emergency substitutions
4.
Give
notification that an individual was left off of the schedule
5.
Give
notification of any conflicts that arise in scheduling
PLEASE NOTE:
The
schedule book has already been sent to the printer. Any changes will be
noted at the Fine Arts office, but the schedule book will not
reflect these changes.
8:00 PM in the Auditorium - A brief opening rally and festival orientation
will begin. It is not mandatory to attend this meeting, however, each
contestant is responsible for the information that is given.
WE EXPECT EACH REGISTRANT TO PARTICIPATE AT THEIR SCHEDULED TIME, TO
THOROUGHLY FAMILIARIZE THEMSELVES WITH THE FINE ARTS GUIDELINES AND BE
RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT IS SAID AT THE ORIENTATION.
