2009 Fine Arts Schedule

SCHEDULING CONFLICTS

If a participant has accidentally been scheduled for two categories at the same time, please have your group leader address your conflict at on-site check-in, which starts Thursday, April 23rd at 6pm and runs through the entire festival in the registration room off of the Main Sanctuary lobby.

ON-SITE CHECK IN IS MANDATORY

One adult group leader is responsible to check in their group.

The group leader will receive an entry identification card for each entry. This card is to be given to the room moderator immediately before the entry’s presentation.

At the time of check-in it is the group leader’s responsibility to:

1.    Correct misspelled names

2.    Give notification that participants have dropped

3.    Note any emergency substitutions

4.    Give notification that an individual was left off of the schedule

5.    Give notification of any conflicts that arise in scheduling

PLEASE NOTE:

The schedule book has already been sent to the printer. Any changes will be noted at the Fine Arts office, but the schedule book will not reflect these changes.

8:00 PM in the Auditorium - A brief opening rally and festival orientation will begin.  It is not mandatory to attend this meeting, however, each contestant is responsible for the information that is given.

WE EXPECT EACH REGISTRANT TO PARTICIPATE AT THEIR SCHEDULED TIME, TO THOROUGHLY FAMILIARIZE THEMSELVES WITH THE FINE ARTS GUIDELINES AND BE RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT IS SAID AT THE ORIENTATION.
